Cinnamon Applesauce Ornament

The cinnamon smells fantastic and are super simple to make.

Here is what you need:
1 cup apple sauce
1 cup cinnamon
Cookie cutter

Mix the applesauce and cinnamon. Roll out and cut into shapes.  Use a toothpick to make a hole. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.

Optional glitter and glue

Snow Ice Cream

Snow ice cream? Why Not? They eat it anyways. Actually I didn’t want them to eat it out of my yard (we have a dog) so I just made some quick in the blender.

Make Your Own Sprinkles

No more browning apples for lunch.

I am going to do this for my sons lunch tomorrow 🙂

Writings of a Mrs Mommy

This is about a year or so too late for my gang, although I still cut up their apples after school because they prefer it that way and also because they do get wiggly teeth that make it hard to bite into apples.

But I cannot be alone when I say; I have no idea how many apples I have cut up and continue to cut up, for children, in my lifetime! They’ve come around to eating the peel *yes*.  I used to have to core, peel and slice 10 apples, easily a day for my family!
