I love this leafy project for so many reasons.  Kids loved the textures.  I love that I could go out in my yard and grab supplies.

What we used:
Leaves
Paper
Glue
Pen

1. We gathered leaves. You can let them sit out to dry. I threw then in the oven at 350 for about 10 mins.

2. I grabbed the biggest leaf I could find from my maple tree. Of couse you could find a cut out online to trace, but the kids enjoyed touching a real leaf. We also added a few of the veins, no need to add them all.

3. Trace your pen lines with glue.

4. Crumble the dry leaves over the glue. Dump off excess leaf crumbs.
