These have to be one of the cutest thanksgiving snacks I have ever seen.
Here is what you need:
Fudge striped cookies
Marshmallows
Chocolate candy coating
Smarties
Dip the marshmallows in the chocolate and set then on top of an upside-down cookie. The put the smartie on the front for the buckle. Easy peasy!
Be careful! Your little ones will gobble these up.
Grab some:

Another one of those crafts that make me laugh out loud. One look at these and I knew we had to give them a try! I found a similar picture in Parents Magazine.

We saw these today and it was settled turkey toast for lunch! The kids gobbled these right up. I found this idea on http://littlenummies.net/2008/11/gobble-gobble/.

I had all the ingredients in the orgial post but the kids had lots of fun using what was in our pantry. They made it, they ate it!
We had lots of colored corn to use this Thanksgiving season. This turkeys did the trick.

Here is another one we make annually. They are so cute on their cute little heads.
Here is what we used:
Construction paper

I folded a larger piece of black paper in half. Then cut into a hat shape. Next cut a strip of the black paper and stapled to the inside to fit on head. Then l stapled sides (pictured above). Added a brim to front and the glued the buckle over staples.
Kids love BINGO, expecially if the markers are edible. I always play coverall with the preschool kids. This particular set of BINGO cards didn’t have many options so everyone won at the same time 😉

Dap, dap, dap, dot, dot, dot 🙂 These corn cobs will keep little fingers busy for a bit.
Here is what we used:
Construction paper
Paper bag
Twine
Paint
Q-tip
Scissors
I cut a corn shape out of the yellow paper and the paper bag. Then cut the paper bag one down the middle.
Give the kids the yellow, a few different colors of paint, and a q-tips. Let them paint.
Then punch two holes on the bottom of the corn and one in each half of the brown corn shape.
Take the twine and tie together as pictured.
